Hi and thank you for your interest my artwork. Each print is a handmade piece of art. This whole process takes place in my studio in Waunakee, Wisconsin where we are surrounded by limestone creeks and amazing fly fishing. I spend time in Montana and the Florida Keys as well. My work is inspired by these places.

First I start with a concept. Something inspires me and I usually sketch it out in my sketchbook. I return to my studio and draw the image onto a lino covered block.

The next step is to carve the image in reverse into the block. Then I mix my ink and roll it over the surface of the block. Finally I lay paper over it and hand print the piece you now have in your hands.
